- Wipe up spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Warm water and a mild dish soap (Dawn) solution can be used for a more intensive clean. Please dry thoroughly once wiped down.
- Please utilize coasters, placemats, trivets, etc. to protect your hand applied finish.
- Do not use aggressive cleaners like scotch-brite pads, comet, magic erasers, Clorox wipes, etc. as they can react negatively with the finish.
- In case of scratching or damage, you can apply subsequent applications of Minwax or Varathane water-based polyurethane (matte finish) to reseal the piece.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Lead times begin with receipt of deposit and are noted on your estimate and/or sales order. Products will ship when the balance is paid in full. Freight is charged directly by the freight carrier unless there are special circumstances. All Tritter Feefer NOW and hardware orders require 100% payment at time of order placement.
TELL ME ABOUT YOUR FURNITURE?
Tritter Feefer pieces are bespoke/made to order in our Lagrange, GA manufacturing facility by our skilled artisans. All product is customizable and we can build to suit from a sketch or photograph. A combination of poplar, ash, cabinet grade hardwoods and furniture grade MDF (to prevent cracking or splitting) are used in creating our product.
TELL ME ABOUT YOUR FINISHES?
All Tritter Feefer product, aside from the Tritter Feefer NOW Collection, is available in any of our standard, premier or elite finishes. Select pieces are available in our reclaimed timber finishes. We also provide a custom color match program where you may select any Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paint colors (25% upcharge applies). Our water-based finishes are hand applied by our highly skilled artisans and we are an eco-friendly, family owned business proudly made in the USA. All products receive three coats of our water-based polyurethane. Actual finishes may vary up to 20% from samples due to the hand applied nature of our product. For an accurate representation of our finishes, please make sure you are referencing a current finish sample deck. If you are unsure if your finish sample deck is current, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm.
TELL ME ABOUT YOUR HARDWARE?
We have an extensive hardware selection that can be purchased a la carte and/or utilized on the majority of our product. Hardware shown on the website or tear sheet may not be standard or included and an additional upcharge may be added based on hardware selection.
HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE?
99% of our Tritter Feefer line is customizable. We can also build from a photograph or sketch (We supply a CAD drawing if required for approval once order is placed and deposit is received). Choose your style, finish and hardware to get started on a custom order. You can also customize dimensions and make specific additions or changes to most product. HOW DO I GET AN ORDER STARTED?
Once you have your trade account activated, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for quote or purchase order. A formal estimate will then be sent to you for approval. Once approved, please e-mail your credit card authorization form to place the order. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL YOUR 50% DEPOSIT IS CHARGED. If you do not receive an order acknowledgment noting receipt of payment, your order has not been placed.
