Proper care not only preserves the aesthetics of your Tritter Feefer pieces but also protects your warranty. These care instructions are included with all orders inside the packaging, ensuring that you have access to them when needed.

  • Spills: Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe up spills immediately. For more stubborn stains, a solution of warm water and mild dish soap can be used. Refrain from using aggressive cleaners like Scotch-Brite pads, Comet, Magic Erasers, or Clorox wipes. After cleaning, ensure the surface is thoroughly dried to prevent any damage.
  • Protective Measures: We recommend using coasters, placemats, or trivets to safeguard the hand-applied finishes on our pieces. 
  • Addressing Scratches or Damage: In case of scratching or damage, a professionally applied application of our water-based topcoat will reseal the piece. This is available for purchase from us, as well as touch kits with complete instructions.

HOW DO I SET UP A TRITTER FEEFER TRADE ACCOUNT?

The Tritter Feefer Trade Program offers exclusive benefits for interior designers. You’ll receive personalized designer support, including CAD services for precise visualization. Join our Trade Program to create exceptional, one-of-a-kind spaces that impress your clients!

CAN I REQUEST SWATCHES OR FINISH SAMPLES?

Our minimum opening order to join the Trade Program is the purchase of our finish sample deck for $25. If you’re unsure if your sample deck is current, feel free to contact us at orders@tritterfeefer.com for confirmation.

IS THERE A REQUIRED MINIMUM ORDER?

Other than the sample deck purchase, Tritter Feefer does not have a minimum order requirement. We understand the diverse needs of interior designers, and our flexibility allows you to order what best suits your specific project requirements.

HOW DO I VIEW TRITTER FEEFER PRICING?

To view pricing, please login to your trade account and click on the ‘Wholesale Price List’ button. If you don’t have your password, please email orders@tritterfeefer.com and we will provide you with one. 

HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

99% of our Tritter Feefer line is fully customizable. Whether you have a specific look in mind or need inspiration, our wide selection allows you to choose your preferred style, finish, and hardware options. We also offer the flexibility to completely customize dimensions, ensuring each piece fits perfectly into your design.

For added precision, we provide detailed CAD drawings once your order is placed and the deposit is received. This gives you a clear visual representation of your custom piece.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH TRITTER FEEFER?

Ensure your trade account is activated to access Tritter Feefer’s exclusive offerings and benefits. Then, reach out to our team by emailing orders@tritterfeefer.com with your request for a quote or purchase order. After contacting us, you’ll receive a formal estimate outlining the details of your order. Review this estimate to ensure it aligns with your requirements and expectations. 

 

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all custom furniture orders. This deposit secures your order and initiates the production process. Once you approve the estimate and pay your deposit, you will receive an order acknowledgment as confirmation of your purchase. 

Freight charges are typically billed directly by the freight carrier unless special circumstances apply. Please note that all Tritter Feefer NOW Collection and hardware orders require 100% payment at the time of order placement.

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

Our current production time is 4-6 weeks, including custom orders.
